Booking Rules

Please read these rules before making a booking with HappyNight69 Penang. They help keep the booking clear, safe and comfortable for everyone.

1. Adults Only

Our service is only for customers aged 18 and above. We may refuse a booking if we have reason to believe the customer is under 18.

2. Respect Everyone

Please treat the girl and our booking admin with respect. Abusive, threatening, aggressive or violent behaviour is not accepted. We may stop the booking immediately if anyone feels unsafe.

3. Consent Must Be Respected

A confirmed booking does not mean you can demand anything you want. Do not pressure the girl to do anything she does not agree to. Safety rules must also be followed during the booking.

4. Keep Yourself Clean

We encourage every customer to keep themselves clean before the booking. Good personal hygiene makes the experience more comfortable for both sides.

5. No Extra Guests

The booking is for the confirmed customer only. Do not bring extra guests unless this has been discussed and approved before the booking.

6. Drugs and Heavy Intoxication Are Not Accepted

A booking may be refused or stopped if the customer is heavily drunk, under the influence of drugs or behaving in an unsafe way.

7. Confirm Your Booking Details

Please check the girl, booking time, duration, incall or outcall option, location and total rate before confirming.

If you want to change the time, duration, location or other booking details, contact the booking admin first.

8. Rates and Payment

The booking admin will confirm the rate before the booking. Any travel charge or other applicable charge will also be explained before confirmation.

Do not negotiate a different rate directly with the girl after the booking has been confirmed.

9. No Refund After Arrival

Once the girl has reached the confirmed booking location, the booking is considered started and no refund will be given if you change your mind, cancel the booking or decide not to continue.

10. Incall and Outcall

Both incall and outcall bookings are available across our Penang service areas. Please tell the admin which option you prefer when checking availability.

For incall bookings, follow the location instructions provided by the admin. For outcall bookings, make sure the property allows visitor access.

11. Extensions

Extra booking time depends on availability. Please check with the booking admin before extending the session. An extension is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed.

12. Cancellation and No-Shows

If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in additional charges or future bookings being refused.

If the girl has already reached the confirmed location, no refund will be provided.

13. Privacy

Please respect the privacy of everyone involved. Do not publish or share a girl's private contact details, location or other personal information.

14. We May Refuse or Stop a Booking

HappyNight69 Penang may refuse, cancel or stop a booking if the customer gives false information, breaks these rules, behaves aggressively, creates a safety risk or repeatedly fails to follow confirmed booking arrangements.
